Marketing Rookie/Veteran (Rookie = 2 years or less in the industry) Presented to an agent who has developed a strong marketing program to support and grow their business (can be traditional or digital marketing)

Unsung Hero: Presented to an agent whose contributions to their team or the brokerage are a vital part of their overall success, but whose actions might fly under the radar.

Innovation: Presented to an agent who has found an innovative system or process to significantly improve aspects of their business

Community Spirit (Individual/Team) Awarded to an individual agent/team who is consistently engaged with FC initiatives and serves as a strong ambassador to the brokerage

Rising Star Presented to an agent with less than two years in the industry who has demonstrated significant growth and development (not necessarily about doing the most deals, but more for agents who have built solid foundations of systems/processes to propel them forward)
