Completing Your FSRA Relicensing Application
In light of the new Professional Development requirements for FSRA beginning in 2026, the process for filling out your renewal has changed slightly. You’re now asked to fill in information about your professional development hours as part of your application. Here’s what you need to know:
1 - The information you’ll need for your courses is as follows:
-Course Name
-Course Date
-Course Provider
-Number of Hours
You should have this on hand, but the brokerage is tracking this for you as well … let us know if you need the details.
Note: For those of you who took the standard REMIC Mortgage CE Bundle, you’ll want to include the following:
AML for the Mortgage Industry
<Date Completed>
REMIC
5
Cybersecurity
<Date Completed>
REMIC
5
2 - There’s no need to put your Conduct CE completion as part of your hours. Please don’t include it!
3 - If you attended any conferences or took any courses outside of REMIC/MPC/CMBA, please reach out to James@fcfunding.ca to ensure they should be included.
If there’s any issues that need to be corrected, we’ll message you and resend the licensing link!
Some of the questions in the renewal have changed ever so slightly - please make sure you take the time to read each question carefully, and don’t assume they are identical to previous years. I
If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out!
