Lender Reminder: Heartwood Financial

A quick reminder about our obligations for Disclosure around all deals related to Heartwood. As both FC Funding and Heartwood have overlapping ownership, we are required to disclose this to borrowers as a potential conflict of interest on all deals that we do with Heartwood.

A sample phrasing might look something like:

A shareholder of Dominion Lending Centres FC Funding is also a shareholder of Heartwood Financial and has a financial interest in both companies.
