Lender Update - Maple Financial

We’re pleased to let you know that Maple Financial is now an approved option for Level 1 agents.

While Maple Financial is not on the NHA/CMHC approved lender list, they fund and administer their mortgages through CMLS, which is an approved NHA lender. FSRA has confirmed they are comfortable with Level 1 agents working with Maple Financial directly.

Please keep this in mind as an additional choice for your clients.
